MOTU ultralite mk3 issue

Hey guys... just bought a MOTU ultralite mk3.. installed all the drivers and the interface was working fine...
I am using a macbook pro 2.4 ghz(bought in Aug 2008)... one day after using, i was recording on Logic pro 8, the interface went off... tried putting it back on and it just hangs displaying MOTU on the LCD.. doesnt move forward...
tried reinstalling... restarting the computer and still no use... sometimes it goes to the Ultralite mk3 Version 1.00 and hangs there... Couple of times i got the message - Bad DSP load Scope Loop... Please press Page to skip.... it showed this message 3 times and shut off again... I am not sure if this a hardware issue or just some drivers acting up... i even installed the latest driver on the MOTU site...
The problem also occurs when i dont connect it to the MBP and just use the power adapter

Will try deleting all motu related files and reinstalling afresh today....

Anyone experience this before???

any help will be nice... MOTU tech has not responded and I stay in India, so havent called them yet...

guys some help here... am just stuck... its just hung... i cant do anything with it... or if someone can point me to a service centre in india...?

ok guys... spoke to the tech support... they gonna ship me a new one... so i guess its cool now... finally can sleep properly again after 3 days...

oke this really sucks.. mine worked fine for almost an year.. and now out of the blue it gave up on me the same way like you :S|

and i have a gig 17 july :S

damn... that does suck.. hmmm... not really sure what u can do.. best wud be to call the tech support... i have tried looking all over the net for a solution... am still not sure if its a hardware issue or a driver issue...
maybe the tech guys can help u out....
