Connecting Expression and Sustain without Keyboard?

Anybody have any thoughts about how to connect a Sustain pedal and an Expression pedal without using a keyboard?

And if not, does anyone know of a cheap small USB controller that has Sustain AND Expression jacks that I could use as a dedicated USB - MIDI interface for those two parameters only, to supplement my digital piano that won't transmit them? I was thinking M-Audio Oxygen size (but it doesn't do Expression) but not spending as much as an Axiom 25.
