MOTU 2408 problems

I have a Emachines T5052 and I am having trouble installing the drivers for my MOTU 2408.I have the PCI-324 Audio Card. When I install the the software that came on the cd, every thing\ goes fine. I restart the Computer and install the Audio card. After I restart the Computer, it will detect it and ask about updating the drivers. A pop up message saying that it did not pass the widows logo test will come up. I continue with the updating and it will start. After the loading bar gets to the very end, the computer freezes. I end up having to cold boot the computer. I have no idea what is wrong.

If your computer is relatively new, then the PCI-324 card may not be compatible with it. It is a PCI Standard 5V expansion card. Your computer's motherboard may have PCI-X 3.3V expansion slots.
