Traveler can't be recognized by windows PLEASE HELP!!!

Post by RixRose »

I Worked with it in the past 6 months and it was fine, until some day windows wouldn't recognize it anymore. i formated my computer reinstalled windows and still it doesn't work. i reinstalled the latest drivers and there is no "found new hardware" massage or any driver installing after rebooting as it's supposed to be.
cuemix and control panel says it's not connected yet it's power-on and working properly (at least that's how it seems)...
also changed the firewire version back to sp1.

can anyone please provide me with some assistance?

i have TI Chipset
intel core due e6700
2 gb of ram
