There isn't a separate PCI-324 manual. Each PCI-324-compatible interface (2408, 2408mkII, 1224, 1296, etc.) had its own manual that had information about installing and using both the card and the rack unit.
The leading cause of wrong answers is asking the wrong questions.

Ahhh I see. Well....does anyone have the manual for the 2408mkII?

Well how about this....what does the serial port on the PCI-324 card do? Is there any literature on this?

It is an input for Control Track, a proprietary MOTU timebase and address signal that was used by PCI-324 systems and Digital Timepieces.
The leading cause of wrong answers is asking the wrong questions.
