Missing software utilities

Motu PCI ASIO cubase folder non-existent. Missing settings in PCI audio console, no sample buffer. Sound Manager not-existent. I can't select PCI-424 in Cubase VST multi.. it says "built-in".. I tried reinstalling, nothing

It's like the above was either missing from software or didn't come with it. I could not find any unicorn icons which represented these missing utilities.
