Sony 7506 parts

Post by Phil O »

I need to replace the pad (ear muffs) on several Sony MDR 7506 headphones. Has anyone done this? Got a good source?

Thanks,
Phil

I was looking for a replacement cable a few weeks ago and did a google search for Sony 7506 parts. I came across this place:

http://www.trewaudio.com/store/home.php?cat=110

among others, but haven't ordered anything as yet, and didn't really do any comparison shopping so far.

I can order them--but I always tell my clients to go direct to Sony on this stuff as finding it on the price list is a NIGHTMARE! I've been told by clients that even Shure has a hard time sorting through it.
Thank you,

rentadrummer's suggestion looks good to me. i bought some replacement ear pads for my 7506s for the same $8.95 price from a different vendor, but sorry, i don't remember who it was. $8.95 sounds right to me.
