Motu Ultralite - Windows Reboot (26_05_2008)

Hi everyone, can i get some help from you guys? I hope so.
I have a Motu Ultralite and when i try to install it on my new computer everything seems fine untill i restart windows (after installing the drivers - V. 3.6.7.3.) and turn on the Ultralite. Then the computer is continuosly rebooting and it only stops when i turn of the Ultralite. So i can´t even start!! I have it installed on my laptop and it´s working well, no probs at all!

I have Windows XP Pro SP2 installed on a Dual Xeon Quadcore 5320. The motherboard is a Tyan Tempest i5000XL. I have a firewire pci card (not with Texas Instruments chip)...is a conceptronic (400).
