Older Mackie Control and DP

Hi. Is there anyone out there that can assist me in getting my old mackie control to work under dp 5? mackie used to have a little bit of software that would 'update' it, but it's not there any longer.

Just add control surface and choose HUI it will work for both older Mackie surfaces as well as the Baby HUI.

If he's using a Mackie Control, then he should not use the HUI protocol. He should use the Mackie Control protocol. But it sounds like he has a Logic Control, which is the older model. Mackie did at one time have an updater that would update a Logic Control to an MCU. I would assume that it's still on their website somewhere.

You don't need MCU protocol for DP. I Have an old MC and It works exactly as the new with the same driver

Remember the virtual patching in audio MIDI setup. Click drag from arrow to arrow from the express to the logic or mackie control.
