Word Clock Question

I use a Traveler. I have a 2 channel ADC which I connect to the Traveler with S/PDIF, a 2 channel ADC which connects via AES, and an 8 channel ADC which connects via ADAT. I use a master word clock generator to clock all the ADC's via BNC.

Should I set the Traveler's clock to external with the BNC from the word clock generator, or should I set its clock to AES, ADAT, or S/PDIF?

You could do it either way. If the word clock generator has one more unused output, I would probably use that since word clock is generally more stable than synchronizing to a digital audio stream.
