Motu 2408/XP sp2/Cubase sx problem

Hello, I have 2408/pci 324 that and used for time with xp, cubase sx1.3 and always to worked perfect.
Recently and formatted the discs and and reintalado the win xp and and lowered the page of motu the up dates back to the driver.
Everything establishes itself perfectly but to the moment to use the cubase there goes out a screen which asks for a test of the system me, here this one the problem, the audio system test begins to realizarcesin ningun problem but on having come ultimately is united and the program stops answering.
Someone has some idea and proved(tried) everything.
