Seems no matter how bad things are, if I can just get logged in I'm OK.
Speaks volumes for this place, methinks.

I'm still curious about the whole ITB/OTB thing and how best to integrate OB digital mixers with DP, largely because I turned my back on OB mixing, but have yet to actually do anything.
I know it can be tough trying to figure out quite which way to go here, so my own experience of the uncertainty could come in handy I feel.
You've probably noticed that I tend to appear in all "What do I... O2R... not sure wh... " threads.
Guess I miss the ol' gal. Great desk, really; we're too spoiled, IMHO.

G'night.

I have a Soundcraft Digital 328. My setup is even simpler - everything is bussed in and out via analog. I don't clock anything to anything.
I'm only speaking from my own experience - I tried once running everything digital, clocked to my MIDI Timepiece AV. The difference in audio quality was - negligible (for me). I'm not saying that it couldn't be measured, or that someone like Bob Katz couldn't tell, but for my purposes it didn't make a difference.
It really is true, the best setup is the one that works for you. That's all that matters.
