adding a waldorf q to audio MIDI setup
hi! does anybody know how to do this? in the apple device list the q isn't listed, only micro q.... thanks for help!

My understanding is that you only need to type the device name yourself, as the field associated with the drop-list is an editable combo box. Most of my remaining hardware synths are not in the drop-list, so I typed them in.
I don't use the patch recall feature from within DP, so I only need to be able to select the device by proper name (primarily for my own convenience and self-documentation of the project for later reference if revisted).
If you are concerned about the internal patches showing up within DP, you may need to look up the SysEx Device ID for the ! and enter that in the appropriate field from with Audio MIDI Setup.
If there's more to it than that, hopefully someobody else will chime in.
