Behringer BCF2000 and DP 4.52

Hi..Anyone got to use the above? Can't seem to find BAby Hui emulation on DP 4.52... also BCF2000 bootup to babyhui cant seem to work..any experts out there? help......... thx

The PDF for BCF firmwareupdate to 1.07 is quite instructive on this; Hold down button 5 while you startup the BCF.
I've just bought DP4.52 myself (been using the BCF for a while with other apps) - have you found out how to set up DP to send MIDI back to the BCF?

If you connect the BCF via USB: In AMS you should find the BCF as a MIDI- Interface. Create a new device, connect the in's and outs of the new device to BCF. In DP go to "Control Surface Setup" select Driver: HUI, and the device you created in AMS as Input.

Thx 4 all valueable replies. Aredi start up BCF2000 wif button 5. Problem is BCF shows BHUI and stays there 4ever. In DP no option for BHUI ..only HUI. BCF works ok with reason 3.0 n 2.5 though... Any think else that might help me solve this? Thx broS...in advance :p

Once I trashed my AMS setup and re-did it from scratch, the setup could not be much easier. Just create a new device, call it BCF, hook the input and output to the BCF-2000 that AMS finds, power off the BCF, hold down pot #5, while holding down turn on power--wa la.

Oh and the normal HUI mode in DP works fing for baby HUI.

The display on the BCF should show Bhui for a moment then switch to something else. If you hold the button down too long, it goes into edit mode, so let the button go as soon as you see the Bhui on the display of the BCF - And yes, you need a "dummy" device connected to the BCF in A/M Setup in order for it to work w/DP.
