828mkII FW - firmware upgrade?

Hi,
I'm just wondering if it's possible to update the firmware on the 828mkII ? when my unit boots up I see "v1.01" . I downloaded all the latest drivers from motu.com but i'm wondering if i need to update this too? If so, how do I do it? thanks!

maybe I can make this simpler by asking,

is v1.01 the latest firmware for the 828mkII ?

and

is the firmware a user-updateable thing?

There is no firmware update available for 828MK II at Motu downloads.

Only Firmware Updates I find there are UltraLite 1.1.5 Firmware Update (OSX) and Traveler 1.07 Firmware Update (OSX).

Witch ones did you instal? MOTU Universal Audio Install- OSX or MOTU Firewire Drivers and Consoles OSX?

i installed both,
i thought they were both necessary. which one should i delete? I am on a core 2 duo intel macbook, osx 10.4.9

You are fine if your 828 works. You don't have to delete anything.
