DLX180 PCI USB Card

I bought one of these and installed it in my Mirror Door Dual G4
OSX is up2date

Now when I boot up it fezzes and I get some weird gray screen.
If I remove the card it boots up fine.
I've tried reinstalling the driver but get the same thing.
Has any body installed one of these?
Would it make a difference what slot it was in?
