Hi

Does anyone know how to prevent the QuickTime window appearing, which periodically 'encourages' you to upgrade to ' Quicktime Pro ', when launching QuickTime 6.5.2 (a version I'm very happy with).

Hi

You could try this:

1. Open your Software Update ( apple menu )
2. Open Software Update Preferences
3. Make sure that "Check for updates:" button is disabled.

I hope it works that way.

Yeah, I'd tried that already - still no difference.
