Oh No !..........I dropped a PCI card screw in my G5 !

stupid problem ........putting the screw in and the 1 thing I wanted too avoid happened..........Groan.........I have tried to find the screw and I can't find it.........anyone have some ideas how to find ,besides turning mac over and how do you avoid this ,the card slots are so tight ...........
