Multiple 324 cards

Anyone know if you have 2 PCI 324's and 2 2408's if it makes any difference to run each on their own 324 (i.e. to give them each their own PCI buss)? Better latency? Performance gains? Anything?

Is it even possible?

I guess the other reason would be to have more than 3 Audiowire inputs.

Any thoughts?
