Stuck MIDI notes on my keyboard or MOTIF Rack

I have an M-AUDIO 88key piano and a MOTIF ES Rack.

The Eb above middle C always gets stuck and I have to switch the patches or turn off one of the components to get the note to stop.

What can I do to resolve this issue?

maybe this can't help you... but. Install latest driver and expecially install on the motif rack es the latest firmware (this fixed some errors with my unit).
Anyway, how do you connect the hardware?

I just connect them via MIDI cables.

I don't know if this is relevant, but try checking the commands window, to see if any key command has inadvertently been assigned to that note...

just a thought....
