Thanks for the info about the TC Electronics Powercore Compact.
Now will I be able to chain that to my interface so I can monitor vocals with reverb & compression at 0 latency? Is something like this possible

Thanks for the help! That really clears things up alot. I have one more question now. I have a powerbook. Is there anything like the UAD-1 card Project Pak for a laptop user?

multiple outs with AU's

Forgive me for not being better with my terms. My question is what does it mean to have multiple outs with my AUs in DP? Is this refering to applying the same AU effects to multiple tracks?

Thanks for all the great information. Keep it coming! I think more people need to be more educated on how much it cost and what goes into producing a record. They might think about paying for them
