Well, I've solved my own issue. Under "Bounce Settings" there is the option: "Bounce includes Audio Patch Through". I'm guessing it got turned off when I reinstalled DP.

Recording on a clean track any where in the time line produces no issues, which may be why some people are not reporting a problem. Setting event...
