I dont seem to be able to launch the UVI extract tool. I understand you have to select a soundbank in the current part before launching; but it doesnt seem to make any difference. I finally figured out that you can drag the samples from the finder, but only if you don't leave Pro Tools and go to the Finder because once you go to the finder, any open plug-in window in Pro Tools vanishes. M5 is making me feel really stupid. I can't figure out how to get my own samples into it in Pro Tools! It says Drag your samples here, but how do you do that? I tried pulling them from the region list, but that doesn't work. I tried putting them in the M5 sounds folder and dragging them from there, ...

Only did it once. Hope I remember correctly. 1) record audio in Pro Tools. 2) trim up samples 3) Normalize with audiosuite plug-in 4) Open Audio Files folder for the session 5) Drag the samples into the blue keyboard area in the Mach Five window.
