Thanks for the response and great to see DP set to standard it deserves. Will this be a DP to VI score or will you port it out to a scoring program for live players? What VI's will you be using?

With the exception of classical music, I find importing MIDI files into Sibelius is far more work than just writing the charts in Sibelius even if I quantize in DP. It still imports somewhat wonky. (Copyist!)

I think it is not about security but about an upgrade that will bring planned obsolesce into peripheral software. That has always been a business model of Apple.
