somehow I think my mix sounds much more better in logic than in dp..that's why I always use combination of both. sequencing in DP, mixing in logic. Tried to stick with DP but mostly no success. It always sounds better in logic (for my ears!) than in DP.

I notice that focusrite's preamp is not available in version 2, no?

mlehmann, how do you compare three of them? 410,saffire and built-in audio...which one has less cpu load in your system?

I wouldnt recommend an m-audio firewire product tho. Mine (firewire audiophile) has stopped working since a month ago for unknown reason. How about focusrite saffire? it has 4 in 10 out...and its price is almost the same as m-audio 410 plus it comes with some focusrite plugins which might be good.

Me and my friend are working together on a projec. I use DP 4.6 and he uses Nuendo 3 back in his studio.In which format should I save my file so my friend can open it?

no problem here.I sometimes use built-in output as well.

It probably has to do with your soundcard's driver. Try to reinstall it. That should solve the problem, at least for me. I had the same problem, but after I reinstalled m-audio's driver, DP worked again.

mine works fine.Actually, after I posted my thread about this, I ended up buying Kontakt 2.0.2 .
But like I said before, Kontakt 1.5 works fine on 10.4.2

Im still using kontakt 1.5 and dont feel the need to upgrade to kontakt 2 yet but Im going to upgrade my OS to tiger.(currently still on 10.3.9).Anyone still using Kontakt 1.5 on Tiger?Is there any problem by doing that?I might look in NI website to see whether there's an update for kontakt 1.5 on T...
