Everytime I touch anything with the cursor on my mixing window a dialogue box comes up identifying what it is. I know this is all too basic but how do I get rid of them, I have been all through the menus and can't find the shut off valve . Help ,Obi Wan Help

Aha! found the problem, Setup dropdown in the Configure Audio
System >Input monitoring Mode, under, Monitor the inputs of record enabled tracks, and hitting Only during recording (and punch in) button was it. Thanks for your time and artwork, George Melee rules!

I will highlight the data in the MIDI track as well as light up the boxes for track1 and the inst track now do I also highlight the empty region for the inst track also? Thanks for sticking with me on this.

When I freeze tracks I create a new aux or inst track select that and the MIDI track, and freeze, then I can hear and see the track being processed with the freeze bar. All looks like it is going according to plan, then voila no audio. What am I doing wrong.

When I go to freeze tracks I can't freeze one at a time, the Freeze selected tracks only works if I select all, what am I doing wrong
