Thanks for the quick reply, Mike. I did try the following method for Factory Reset for 828X, by many methods, aka 1. Holding down the Param button before turning on the unit 2. Waiting until the unit starts until holding Param 3. Pressing Param multiple times rather than holding it down. None worked...
