I set the pitch bend sensitivity to an octave in MIDI event list (controller 101-0, 100-0 and 6-12). When playbacks, it is still 2 semitones.

I enabled click and countoff and set the click option to always click. But it won't click before countoff ends. How can I solve this problem?
