I'm on an Intel Mac mini with Ventura, & found that the most recent driver does not work no matter what. On & off over the last year I trying to no avail.
Although version Version: 89555 says it's for Mac OS 11 & 12, I gave it a go & suddenly it works!!

I think Audio drivers also. Ran into issues from square one with my 828x over USB. Just upgraded from the previous driver, the installer had me give the extension permission again (the docs claim if you've already done this you dont have to again). Rebooted and nothing. Can’t get MIDI Express 128 to work with Catalina
Hi there,
Has anyone been able to get MIDI Express 128 to work with Catalina?
After installing the latest driver (1.6), I can’t get it to show up as ‘Device Online’ in Audio MIDI Setup.
Getting desperate to get this thing to work.
