Re: Ads

I’ve seen those ads pop up as well, and they can be pretty distracting. I had a similar issue on my own site a while back when Google ads started showing unrelated or overly intrusive content. It was frustrating because it affected the user experience and didn’t align with what I wanted for my audie...

Re: ISO: Errors and Omissions Insurance (for composers) broker

I get how annoying it is to deal with new stuff like this. You could try looking for insurance brokers who know about entertainment and media, they usually have E&O insurance for creatives like composers. I found rheumatology billing company that really helped me. They showed me how crucial it i...

Re: MOTU Mac and Cubase

I know; it's the same as setting up the older Montage models. Good job getting the Steinberg USB driver in place; that's an important step. Make sure your MIDI settings in Cubase match what you've got on your Montage M. I learned about the new features of Cubase 13, like the Channel Tab, which makes...

Re: Website Demo Audio: Alternatives to BandCamp?

SoundCloud is a good option for hosting audio on your webpage, and it's user-friendly. Mixcloud and Audiomack are alternatives worth exploring.

Re: Can't remove outdated MIDI destination from Project.

Re: How to export mp4 edited movie?

Absolutely, jumping from 8GB to 16GB of RAM is a smart move. It's a sweet spot for video editing at 1080p without overcommitting resources. Adding two more 4GB sticks should work smoothly with your existing setup, giving you that extra oomph without the hassle of selling and upgrading to 16GB strips...

I'm using the B-16 for its mic pres and using AVB to connect to the 624. The 624 is connected to my Audio Workstation via Thunderbolt. My Workstation i...
