I agree with Timeline. I find that when you merge soundbites the top end shimmer becomes blurred just enough to dull the sound a bit. Not a lot mind you, but it is noticeable to me.

In my son's computer- it does not connect to DP, only choice is built in audio. I tried several firewire cables to no avail, then I took it to my mac and DP does not find it there either, only built in audio and my own RME fireface 800. Anyone has a link to the 828 mkii software? I went to the Motu ...

I've been getting this message when I try to open a couple of my DP6 files: MacOs error: Unexpected end of file (-39)

it does seem more robust- though my mixes are a bit off when I open a new song- still getting used to to it all...

yeah, those slide out windows are sorely missed- I spent quite a bit of time looking for 'em when I first opened DP6....

well Gary I do have those yamaha DtXpress electric MIDI drum things- you've seen them- unless somene can bring 'real' drums...

I have a rosetta that I had going into my 828 mkii via spdif- overnight all the inputs changed the name from spdif to toslink and no longer work... any ideas/
