Re: Mixer Missing tracks
If I leave the mixer open, then deselect, they stick around, I suppose this is how it works if it is hidden. Thanks

Re: Mixer Missing tracks
In track view if I select all tracks, then they show up. But if I click somewhere to deselect, they all hide again. Any ideas? It wasn't doing this a half hour ago. Thanks

Mixer Missing tracks
I'm working on a track in the MIDI window, then I go to show the mixer and everything is gone except the one I'm working on. Where did they go and how do I get them back? This has happened before and I can't remember how it happened or how I got out of it. Thanks! DP7.24

Re: UltraLite MK-4
Can you hear a difference between 44.1 and 48? Thanks

Re: UltraLite MK-4
it does run at 48k, but no higher. There is no bit depth setting actually. Googling, I'm led to believe it's 24 bit regardless of the sample rate.
Anyway, I'm going to assume the mk4 can do better considering the AVB does. I'll check for sure before I buy one, if and when I do.

Re: UltraLite MK-4
It says "reverb only at 1x sample rates" Whatever they mean by that, it is disabled when you go 96kHz What about 24 bits at 48K. I used to use a 828 Mk3 and IIRC I used all the effects at those rates regularly. It's pretty old and I can see why effects would stop working above that. (1X w...

Re: UltraLite MK-4
Don't get me wrong, I love my mk3. That said, when they advertise both x sample rates, and y effects, they should disclaim any limits. I found out down the road, far after the purchase. X does not work with Y. You can say that's par for the course, but I felt a little burned.

Re: UltraLite MK-4
I have the mk3. My only major complaint is that you can't use the reverb unless you're using 44.1/16. If you want to record at 24 bit, sorry, no reverb for you. They fixed this in the AVB, but not worth all the change for me to upgrade (plus I don't like guitar-centric front end design). I assume th...

Re: uninstall DP7 and reinstall
I get the quick scribe font error. I followed your instructions and it gave me a warning along the lines of "there is a serious error with this font, do not install it". So I didn't. I get the error every start up. Is there a way to lose the error message? Thanks

Re: Error saving file to external SSD HD
I'm not going to bother tech support. Last time, they prescribed me a couple hours of work to debug an issue. Turns out restarting fixes it which works fine. In this case, I already give up. I moved all my files to my internal drive, problem solved. I was hoping to give the wear and tear to the exte...

Re: Error saving file to external SSD HD
That didn't work. I compressed the file in Finder, then sent to new machine, same error.

I just copied the entire folder from the old iMac. Yes, I still have it. Is there a proper way to move them? Thanks!!
