Hi, I have to configure the VST connections of your hardware. Devices/Vst Connections Rename your inputs or create them with the proper name. I make some presets because sometimes I use the Presonus and sometimes the Line6 Toneport, then you can recall them. Direct monitoring is used by the MK2, so ...

Hi,
The "old" 896 has only 2 cuemix Inputs, it doesn't use the Cuemix APP.
You have to acces via Direct Hardware Playthrough in DP.
Cheers

Videocard ins't important for audio tasks, but if you want to do some stuff with FCP or Motion believe me you will need at least the 8800.

Hi, Well this new 828 Mk3 is amazing! Low Jitter ensures the highest converter performance so I'm sure it will sound better than before. I hope that Motu make a usabe driver as they do with the "old" interfaces because believe me, the Presonus driver development is very bad and very slow, ...

Tomorrow I pick up an RME Fireface-800 and hope THIS will allow me to do work and not look incompetant in front of paying customers. Yes, you are right. I became paranoid with the Traveler. I got Firestudio this week, I'm still testing the whole unit, but the frying stuff is not here! It works more...

I don't think so.
All my experience with the Traveler is that this unit is really weak, DC, Bus Powered, whatever you use. I'm sure they don't pass the minium Quality Control, or the Control is really light.
I'm sorry, hope you get a solution.

RME Fireface 800..... LATENCY?

Hi,
I will receive a FF800 interface soon, I'm looking for some info, I can't find if it has latency or not....
Does TotalMix works as Cuemix?
LATENCY 0?
I really hate latency while recording, so I don't know if this interface is going to please me.
Any help or explanation welcome.

Hey, That's what happened to me! Phantom weird stuff.... It seems like they solved the phantom problem, I think it's normal when you switch on phantom to hear a weird noise, then it's ok. Now my problem is that the first channel makes noise itself, I don't know if it's phantom power problem o what. ...

You are a lucky man! Mine arrived 2 days ago.... The problem with the phantom is solved, but the mic in 1 still makes some noise, when I raise the gain it sounds really windy and sometimes the fry thing again, the rest sound equal, no strange noise rather than a normal pre at the max. 1 month withou...

Hi, I'm sorry man, but my Traveler also SUX. I know a lot of mates here work with the Traveler.. and it works for them but for me this piece of equipment is the worst one that Motu released, if it works.. it's wonderful but it's been a total nightmare for me. This is the second unit I return and I'm...

Motu Traveler Mic Ins NOISE

Hi, I think I'm getting crazy with this. This is the second time that this problem happens to me. Mic Ins 1 and 2 make really big noise, sometimes the noise of the 2nd channel goes to channel 4!....Mic in 1 makes noise with Phantom, Mic in 2 makes noise without phantom.... I tried anything possible....
