Re: Clip Gain like in ProTools?
If you change the Bite Gain in the Event Info bar, the waveform should indeed reflect the change. Not sure what's happening there. I'm doing in right now in my session and the waveform grows and shrinks accordingly. I was using a particular soundbite to test all these things, and that one still won...

Re: Clip Gain like in ProTools?
There's more than one way to change gain and only one changes the waveform. Sorry I'm not in front of DP. If you draw in bite automation (like track automation, but sticks to the soundbite) it won't show. But, select the soundbite with a single click in the sequence window. In the upper left of the...

Re: Clip Gain like in ProTools?
I can't see any changes in the waveform when I change the bite volume or gain in DP9. Does Digital Performer not show this? Seems like a big oversight, my free version of StudioOne 2 did it.

Re: Adjust bite volume key binding not working
Thank you for your responses! I was able to turn off the offending Mac shortcuts, and now I have a new problem. When I use the control-shift up or down arrow with the bite selected, I see that something is happening from the top menu, but the waveform does not change in size no matter how many times...

Adjust bite volume key binding not working
I am using DP9.12 on a Mac OS 10.11.6 and trying to adjust the bite volume in the Sequence window using the given key binding (Control-Shift-up or down arrow). It does not work, although it does zoom out to all open program windows on my Mac. It seems like every other conceivable key binding is take...

Re: Cell Phone Interference in Recording
I had my audiobox going straight into my laptop via Usb. I decided to buy the Furman SS-6B power strip in the hopes of eliminating possible RFI/ EMI interference as I was just using an el cheapo power strip. Thanks for the tip, Mike

Re: Cell Phone Interference in Recording
Thank you all for your responses! I also would like to figure out what went wrong in my recording chain so this can't happen again. The interference definitely seems like the RF variety, such as when you put your cell phone down by an amp and it is about to receive an incoming text-same sound exactl...

Cell Phone Interference in Recording
First post here, I am using DP9 and I have a solo piano recording where I have RF interference (probably from the cell phone of an audience member) on the track of my tube mic. Does anyone know the best plug-in to use and how to isolate and get rid of this unwanted noise? I tried to use the MOTU Dyn...
