Remove groove
Hello there, I created some grooves that I'm no longer using and wanted to remove them from the custom groove "folder" (which DP calls, when you create it "new file") in order to clean it up and have only the grooves I'm using. I went to the application support - MOTU folder but ...

Dynamic Plugin Latency Compensation in DP8 with VEP
Hello there, I would need some guidance on how to work with the latency of the samples during the playback. I use Vienna Ensemble Pro, and I run 5 instances of VEP in my template. The main reason why I need things to be really tight rhythmically is that I'm writing an action cue, and I'm using groov...

Commands for mini menus
Hi,
I was wondering if there's a way to create commands for the items in the mini-menus. For instance I've been using the new sound bite folder in the soundbites window mini menu quite often, is there a way to create a command for that?
Thanks!!

Re: Tab to next/previous note in MIDI editor with audible mo
Thanks stubsonic, now my rig does the same thing, tab only works in the sequence window but not in the MIDI editor. In this editor option-tab works for me too, whereas tab toggles the keyboard input of the grid value, and I can't find the last one in the commands to overwrite. I put control- tab for...

Tab to next/previous note in MIDI editor with audible mode
Hey there, I'm trying to edit a part in the MIDI editor, and I was wondering if there's a way to move to the previous/next note, without having to click on it, in a way that would make the note audible (in audible mode) just as when you click on it. I noticed that if you click tab you can move to th...

Re: Copy/Paste issue
Thanks so much Shooshie!!
You were exactly right, I thought it was a Digital Performer issue, but actually the file was probably corrupt because I started from scratch another project and it worked fine.

Copy/Paste issue
Hey there, I'm having trouble in copying and pasting notes from one track to the other. I select the notes (and they all appear to be selected in the MIDI editor and in the event list) but when I paste them only few of them are copied and most of them are wrong. I selected the notes: - making a sele...

Preview in dialog windows doesn't work
Hi there,
I would need some help because the preview button in the quantize, change velocity etc. windows, doesn't make any change when I press it, and I have to click apply in order to hear the effect of the editing.
Any suggestions?
Thanks!

Editing multiple velocities by dragging in the event list
Hi there, I'd like to know if it's possible to modify the velocities and other parameters in the event list at the same time on several notes. For example, I have a staccato passage where I'd like an accent on certain downbeats. I could use the set velocity command, but I'd like to be able as well, ...
