UPDATE:

I hooked up ADAT OUT from D8 and BNC. I see all the ADAT channels on CUEMIX and DAW.

But all i hear is noise coming in.

Mac Audio devices MOTU 828 inputs are all grayed out. Outputs are blue.

any tips?

Well I figured it out. Not so simple as just plugging a MIDI cable in. First you have to connect Rig A via USB to the MOTU XT. Then, you must map the ports ins and outs you need using CLOCKWORKS. Thanks for your reply. i see what your are saying... i guess i was thinking that the XT can take the incoming MIDI data, which in this case is the same, and route it to the connected devices as 1 signal.
