Hello,
I love how MIDI tempo can glide faster and faster by writing in the tempo change.
Can this be done with audio? The pitch stays the same.
I don't want to divide the soundbite in pieces and change the tempo of each one.
Is there any 3rd party software that can do this?

the answer is yes.
set up a MIDI track and make the output IAC.
on page 945 of the DP 8 handbook, it says to choose Setup Menu/ Control Surface Setup
Then set up a port.

Mostly I want to record dry while hearing reverb etc.
BUT
I want the noise gate to be on and recorded to erase unwanted low sounds.

So, yea, I want the best of both worlds.
Is this possible?

I have made many user categories in my effects chooser.
I would like to put them in alphabetical order.
I tried dragging..
Is there a way to do this. It would be faster to find categories in the list this way.

In the row of tabs (Tracks, Sequence, Drum, etc) near the top of the consolidated window, does DP9 allow you to edit these?

I would like to put a Event tab in the list and take some out that I never use.

I normally use 44K but to record samples for Kontakt, I want to try 96K to see if there is a difference.
