Re: 896mk3 headphone amp, outputs etc.... can't make it work
oh... I forgot to say, I can get a signal out through the phones amp, only not pre-existing, already-been-recorded tracks.

896mk3 headphone amp, outputs etc.... can't make it work
I've been managing without my headphone amp for weeks since I haven't needed it, but the time has come to get this stuff working and I am frustrated to the max. I am using PT 10.3.2. Obviously I am doing something wrong. What I want to do, and feel like I should be able to do, is run the headphone a...

Re: 896mk3 Master & Phones Out Problem
I'm going to have to try this. I have the same problem. I just keep my monitors off when I am recording and rehearsing, but I would like to be able to go back and forth from headphones to monitors without having to turn them on and off and the drastic volume reduction. I'm afraid I am going to forge...

Re: Cuemix and the magical invisible button
BTW, I have been working Cuemix now and have a better understanding of it. One thing that is bugging me though is that I am still not experiencing the zero latency monitoring. It still has the chorusy sounding thing on my vocals. Keep in mind that I've had 10 years of working with a Digi 001, and th...

Re: Cuemix and the magical invisible button
so... basically if I have the Cuemix program open, it is on , right? I guess that one thing that is throwing me is that one of the first thing I tried to do with it is hook up my headphone amp. Intuition tells me to make a mix and buss to 1-2 out to the headphone amp. That didn't work. I didn't get ...

Re: Cuemix and the magical invisible button
I'll keep working with it. I've just never encountered anything like this before in a DAW so it's new and alien to me.

Cuemix and the magical invisible button
Hi folks, first post here so go easy on me. I've been working with Pro Tools for over ten years, so I'm familiar with DAWs, but I just upgraded my studio to an i7 PC, PT10 and a MOTU 896mk3 hybrid and it's blowing my mind. First off, I've never used anything like Cuemix before. With my old system, y...
