Trying to install EWQLSO so i can can use with DP5.13. The installer (Platinum Plus) won't let me install the library on my ext. hard drive (which works fine). I've updated to PLAY with latest update 1.0.083 and have found it much more stable ... so far. if it continues this way then ...nice one East West! Fingers crossed. Anyone else?

Thanks for that mhschmieder. Yeah i really hope they sort all this out soon. After all the hype and excitement of the PLAY revolution, its not much use when it crashes so easily rendering unfriendly and workflow restrictive. Suppose we will have to be patient. Did you tell East West about your issues?

Worst function! ha. when DP can unexpectedely quit like it does sometimes.... we need it. I WANT AUTOSAVE!!! also out of interest i know a Logic user who's used it for years professionally and has just defected to Pro Tools because he hated what they did with Logic 8... any... back to Autosave... c'...

I'm using East West Goliath and SD2 PLAY and it keeps saying that it can't find samples when i go to load an instrument. i then locate it and the it asks the same question. Have restarted, redirected the library. no help. Very annoying. Anyone?[PLAY.tiff][/img]

Hmmm. i'm using all samples on a ext. Firewire 400 drive. its funny you know, i got the macbook cause it was only to use at home for songwriting, (i use my Mac Pro w/5GB Ram in my studio for the big orchestral stuff) but now i got it home and am loving having a set up at home i want it to be faster ...
