Len! That was it! I can't thank you enough. It was indeed in commands under chunk.
I wasted hours on this and fixed it in 30 seconds.
I owe you a pint.

Its as if one note is being filtered out. Everything works fine in Logic Pro as a test. Standalone VI's work just fine. But the minute I...

Re: DP and BIDULE/KONTAKT/ReWIRE

DP and BIDULE/KONTAKT/ReWIRE
I am trying to set up Kontakt on my desktop and bring it back into DP. I noticed on Mike Barry's tutorial a Bidule module that is labeled "BIDULE ReWIRE" at the end of the chain. Yet I can find no Bidule ReWire in Bidule. there are specific rewire modules for the rewire V.I's I have like D...

DP Crash when upper limits of ram reached
Dp.5- G5 quad- 4gigs ram MOTU 828
Has anyone had the problem of Dp crashing when the ram is filled to the brim? such a pain. I understood that 4 gigs of ram was the limit. Should I add more? thanks, guys.

Dp 4.61 and host buffer multiplier 4 works great
Ok this is weird-after a suffering through a sluggish session w/ a HUGE amount of V.I"s I experimented with setting the host buffer multiplier at 4 and work priority at high-buffer at 256 and it ROKS! . No sputtering, Before I had trouble at 512- and even 1024. Weird- How can this be? FYI -I ha...

Boo!
this has happened to me several times. It's inexplicable and a definate Dp "bug". I have also found that deleting the track is the only way. The good news is that it's happened 3 or 4 times over a 5 year period. Ghosts!
