Same exact thing happens to me all the time. Sometimes I know I have to tickle a driver setting, and I know I am going to lose all my edited channel names for all 12 or so VEP instantiations. I have gotten to where I know what I am going to do is going to nuke the names, and I do it anyway if I need...

I have the same problem, and have for awhile. When I do something, oh open the wrong VEP instance, or tickle and audio setting in the driver or set up, something of the nature you describe, all of my names default to original. It's a pain!
