Problems with EastWest Play + DP?
I have been using Kontakt with DP successfully for some time on a core i7 iMac with 32mb RAM. Never have any CPU or memory issues with Kontakt instruments, even from large libs like LASS, etc. However, I purchased some libraries from EastWest which of course require their Play 4 software instead of ...

Stereo Track Panning?
Stereo audio tracks come with only 1 pan pot. I would like to control the panning of the left side and right side of the stereo track as if they were two mono tracks. The MAS plugs relating to panning are only for surround tracks. How can I gain this kind of control on stereo tracks?

Quickscribe Note Spacing
Having trouble getting measures, and the notes within measures, to be spaced in a balanced way that would be seen in a published score. I can only find two choices for this – specified number of measures per page and dense-less dense auto setting. After playing around with different settings for the...

Quickscribe Number Staves per Page
I have a score that requires about 30 staves per page. I have adjusted the page size in Page Setup to legal size, but that only gives me maximum 17 staves per page. Reducing space between staves makes room for maybe a couple more staves, but doesn't look right. In Finale, I can adjust the size of th...

Re: Traveler mk2 to thunderbolt
Does anyone know of a way to connect the new iMac (which has no firewire) to the traveler mk3 via a usb port instead of thunderbolt? Would a usb to firewire adapter or cable be feasible?

Virtual Instrument Slave Machine?
Does anyone have a method for hosting virtual instruments on a separate machine (than the one running DP) that requires no additional audio hardware? Does it work without major issues? Latency?

Sudden Digital Noise
I have been using this same system for over a year without any problems. However, every day for the last week the same problem has been occurring (no updates/upgrades or changes to the system have been made since 2009). After monitoring MIDI playback for 4+ hours, all of a sudden I start getting cli...
