I have a Mac Pro 2.26 dual quad as a sample machine. And a DAW Mac Pro running just DP.

I think though, with DP7 the delay compensation didn't work properly (if at all) As in, things aren't sample accurate if you do tests. So fast rhythmic stuff can get all funky..
