I totally forgot about this thread. Anyway. I got my MotU 2408 Mk3 and PCI-X 424 card on Monday. Yea.
What you have is CueMix. The image below is CueMix DSP. The difference is the latter uses low latency DSP mix processing on the 424 card.
Correct me if i'm wrong though, i'm new to MOTU gear.

Well i've just acquired a MOTU 2408mkIII with a 424 PCIX card, should get it later this week. I've seen a few issues regarding the Motu interfaces with Gigabyte boards.
