I got in touch with Motu tech support today, and finally found to culprit hidden in the library in various locations under various names. Long story short, I got the problem fixed.

Thanks Frodo for your reply. I really appreciate the help!! I tried that but unfortunately, it didn't work. I went as far as putting all things related (that I saw anyway) into the trash...including DP7...but I never emptied the trash. I thought I'd try that first. Restarted...but no luck. The MW Co...
