Monitor in headphones & recording with logic & cuemix.
Ok I have found a convenient workaround for the cuemix's shortcomings when working with logic. 1. Set your phones routing to use it's dedicated 'phones' mix and unmute what you want to monitor in your cans in the cuemix mixer page. 2. Add an 'I/O' plugin to the login main output strip. Set the 'outp...

Re: Monitoring issues with 828 MK3
How did you bypass Cuemix? You want to monitor in one of 2 ways, but not both. 1. Turn on software monitoring in Logic and mute the channel strip for the mic in cuemix. This will let you hear any logic plugins as you record but will induce latency. This is best if you want to for example record a gu...

Re: Confused about headphone outputs on UltraLite-mk3
Ok so I use logic and ableton, the only way I can think to do this is in either is... - Setup a new FX send - Set the output of the send to the last pair of outputs which should go to the phones - Set the FX send of each individual track to 0.db so the phones mix mirrors the main. Although possible,...

Re: Confused about headphone outputs on UltraLite-mk3
Same problem here. I'm having to physically pull out the cables to my monitors whenever i want to record. All we need is a way to get the main audio from the DAW to the "main mix" and "phones mix" at the same time. Then if we mute main mix bus when recording, we still hear everyt...

Re: How are core audio channels routed in cuemix?
Thanks for clearing that up. So is there any way to choose where the core audio channels spit out of the box? At the moment channels 3&4 are coming out Analogue out 1&2 which is rather illogical. How is one supposed to get the main outs from a DAW to go to the phones mix and the main output ...

How are core audio channels routed in cuemix?
Firstly hi to everyone! My TC Konnekt 24D died a few weeks ago and as much as I loved it, it caused me so much trouble and stress I definately was't going down that route again. And so I decided to go for the Ultralite mk3 and so here I am! Ok, first thing I can't work out is where do the core audio...
