Its possibly there is a Voice allocation proplem. check to see how many Voices you have asigned to your project, It might be below 40, which is the # of track you have running. Just increase the # of Voices a see if it still happens. Look under SETUP / CONFIGURE AUDIO SYSTEM. I assume you're running...

Yeh, With Reason 3 rewired to DP4.5 The CPU is spiking.
Propperhead said to up the buffer. My buffer is at 512.
