I have a 24i with the pci-324. I installed the software, powered down, installed the card(tried 2 different pci slots), came back up and that's where the trouble starts. XP(sp 3) locks up after after 5 seconds. It will not finish booting up. Tried this process three times. Same result. Take the card...
