Thanks for your reply.

Bus powered vs using the AC adapter doesn't really concern me either way.

I just want the most stable, fastest data transfer system.

4 pin Firewire VS ExpressCard Firewire on a laptop

So I'm in the market for a laptop. Few and far between (in my price range) are laptops that can connect to my Ultralite MK3 Firewire card. Just bought it a year ago and already they have the more compatible USB/hybrid model out, but that's another gripe, for another post.. =( Anyway... Some laptops ...

There should be a big giant flashing sign for that "monitor" button... holy shiz, do not accidentally hit that button during a gig! better yet, a way to "lock" the button, because I think once you're all set up for any given situation, 93% of users have no reason to change that. ...

Okaaay! So the Reverb Return is on channels 11/12 in Live. Just select it in your desired Audio Track's "Audio From" pulldown menu. Easy. Unfortunately, I don't know if there's a way to control the wet/dry mix within Live... Currently, I just have a second Audio Track going with Audio From...

I'm trying to do this too. The Ultralite's (latency free) reverb sounds waaaaaay better than the one comes with Ableton Live. From reading the manual, the best I've been able to figure out is that Ultralite / CueMixFX has a "reverb return that is selectable in your host software." This &qu...
