Is there a good website, or training DVD, or resource for learning the workflow and methods of using the UltraLitemk3?

I think the manual does a good job of listing the features, but it would be great to find something that expands the info and walks through typical workflows.

I have one mic plugged into the back (analog 2) and it comes out as one channel (right channel) but how do I output this so the mic comes out in the final mix through BOTH stereo channels? I have tried the reset on the unit via the menu..but it does not reset CueMix FX. What is the best way to reset both to defaults?
